Congressional Candidate Claudia Tenney WINS Final Contested House Seat!

Another huge win for Republican women!

The final 2020 race for the House of Representatives has been called for Republican candidate Claudia Tenney, nearly a month after the other new members of Congress were sworn in.

New York’s state Board of Elections officially certified Tenney as the winner against Democrat challenger Rep. Anthony Brindisi after a recount process that lasted more than three months due to disputed mail-in ballots.

The final vote count reflected Tenney in the lead at 156,099 over Brindisi’s 155,989 by a razor-thin margin of just 109 votes.

The certification followed the State Supreme Court ruling in Tenney’s favor last Friday. Justice Scott Del Conte wrote in his opinion, “Every single valid vote that was cast in New York’s 22nd Congressional District has been accounted for, and counted.”

The Justice made his decision based off vote tabulations from eight different counties within the contested district that he ordered to certify their individual results.

“It is time to close the book on this election and focus on building a better community and more united Country for our children,” Justice Del Conte said in a statement.

The election was contested on November 3rd for the same reason the presidential election was disputed.

Politico reports, “After leading by some 28,000 votes on election night, Tenney’s edge dwindled to just fewer than 50 votes as absentee ballots rolled in.”

“The process turned into a total disaster when several counties kept discovering boxes of uncounted absentee ballots and losing track of contested ballots that may have been incorrectly tallied,” the outlet writes.

“Election law clearly states that ballots with objections need to be clearly marked on the ballot — some counties were using sticky notes that fell off. In Oneida County, more than 2,000 voters were turned away because their applications were filed, but not processed by officials in time for Election Day,” they continued.

Does this sound familiar?

It should, especially if you were upset at all about how claims of widespread election fraud in the 2020 presidential election were handled.

The House race in New York is a perfect example of how the 2020 presidential election could have gone had it not been for our nation’s courts and election officials ignoring mass evidence of voter fraud.

If we had state judges like Del Conte, who cared enough about election integrity to ensure accuracy in vote tallying and election processes in this singular House race in New York, we may still have President Trump in the White House today.

At least 75 million Americans would still have an inkling of confidence in our democratic process rather than feeling President Biden was installed by Leftists who proudly “fortified” the election, like Time Magazine brags.
